Kalpana (Kayy) is the founder, director and lead facilitator at Ignite Training. She is a global citizen who has lived among different cultures and regions, and has been based in Malaysia for two decades. Kayy has worked in different companies in Zambia and the U.K. and owned and managed her own F&B business in a highly-competitive part of Sydney. Enriched with a deep understanding of how the business world thrives and the importance of the English language, Kayy strives to empower each person who comes in contact with her, through her unique personality and exceptional training methods. She is a certified coach and trainer who has facilitated a number of training sessions with clients from every step of the corporate ladder – proving her ability to be able to connect with everyone and achieve matchless results.

She also founded Ignite Learning which has quickly gained the reputation in Malaysia and other ASEAN countries of being a high-class provider of Business English classes, IELTS, General English classes for adults, and General English and English Language Arts classes for children and teens.

Jamal Nasser is an international consultant in Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Strategy Design and at Ignite Training he specializes in Neuro Coaching. He works with global managers and startup founders to unlock performance and build cultures of genuine drive where teams belong. He has worked with, coached and trained professionals from over 80 nationalities and he has worked on projects in Malaysia, Qatar, Saudi, Vietnam, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates.
