Building Bridges through Effective Communication

Effective communication in the workplace is one of the most overlooked aspects of operating a company. Without effective communication among staff and management, no organization can survive in the long-term.

Participants need to have at least a pre-intermediate level of English to be eligible for this programme

Objectives

Ensure participants can identify their own personal communication style
Understand the unique challenges of personal behavior in the workplace
Be able to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively with colleagues in order to accomplish a task, be heard, motivate and generate interest
Enhance the participants’ ability to manage change, take risks, collaborate, and build partnerships and teams
Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, subordinates and managers, allowing for better coordination and increasing organisational efficiency
